Applying the Principles
- Principle of Imitation: How well can we replicate the graphics?
- Principle of Interpretation: We will first analyze the elements in the design.
- Principle of Creativity: Finally, we will create our own version.
My "Humanly" Analysis of the Design
- Color Consistency: All shoes are brown, creating a cohesive look.
- Background Color: The brown color is replicated in the background of the design.
- Interaction with Black: Black elements interact with the brown (likely due to black parts on the shoe, such as the sole and edges).
- Use of White: White is also present in the image.
- Limited Color Palette: The design effectively limits itself to three colors.
- Font Choices: The designer used two types of fonts that are not overly complicated.
- Texture in Background: Upon close inspection, there is a texture present in the brown background.
- Icons/Logos: Icons for calls and WhatsApp are included.
- Inclusion of QR Code: A QR code is also part of the design.
Using AI to Analyse the design
Analyze the graphics flyer to extract and evaluate the graphics and text content, focusing on its clarity, relevance, and effectiveness in conveying the intended message. Examine the visual elements, including color scheme, typography, and layout, to understand how they complement the text and enhance the overall design, design composition, hierarchy, balance and some other design principles. Consider how the imagery interacts with the written content to engage the target audience and assess whether the combination of text and visuals successfully communicates the flyer’s purpose.
here is the output from the AI (Microsoft copilot):
Effectiveness of Text and Visuals
Engagement: The blend of imagery and text is well-balanced. The large sandal image immediately grabs attention, while the smaller product images reinforce the variety available. The QR code stands out, encouraging immediate interaction.
Visual Design Elements
Color Scheme: The warm shades of brown and red complement the sandal, suggesting warmth, quality, and comfort.
Typography: The large serif font for "Sorjei" adds elegance and helps the brand name stand out. The sans-serif fonts used for the rest of the text are clean and easy to read.
Balance: The flyer maintains a good balance between the visual elements and text, ensuring that neither dominates the design.
Imagery and Text Interaction
The images of the sandals directly support and emphasize the text, making it easy for potential customers to visualize the products being offered. The combination of visuals and text effectively communicates the flyer’s purpose, promoting "Sorjei" and its high-quality, comfortable footwear. In summary, the flyer is well-designed, engaging, and effective in delivering its message, making it a strong promotional piece for "Sorjei."

Font Identification in Graphics
In my future posts, I will dedicate a special post to elaborate both in details before delving into the practical of replicating the design. Thanks.
